Minutes to City CBD, Beach, Transport and Shops -
***Current special $350 a week. 5 nights min stay - MAY ONLY - as I AM MOVING OUT OF THIS APARTMENT AT THE END OF MAY.
***Does not include breakfast or use of kitchen other than to make a cup of tea.
***Please note - This is now for the smaller front bedroom that has some traffic noise from 7am through the day and quieter through the night from about 8pm until about 7am. Would work if you are a heavier sleeper and not concerned with traffic noise early morning.

My apartment is located in one of the most exclusive suburbs in Sydney.
- Less than 10 minutes by Ferry to CBD, Opera House, The Rocks, Sydney Zoo
- A 10 minute drive to beautiful Balmoral Beach.
- 10 minutes by bus to CBD, Queen Victoria Building, Westfield Mall Pitt Street,
- Exclusive Mosman is 5 mins away by bus or 20 min walk
- 10 minute walk to the local supermarkets, cafe's, restaurants, banks, dry cleaners, salons and spa's.

-The smaller bedroom at the front of the apartment is fully furnished
-A single bed, a clock/radio, a bedside table with lamp, set of closets built-in.
-Free hi speed wireless internet is available.
-The room is located at the front of the apartment on a medium traffic street, so there is noise into the room from about 7am in the morning. From 8pm onwards the traffic noise is minimal until 7am when it becomes evident.
- No breakfast, and only use of the bathroom - and the kitchen only to make a cup of tea.
- PLEASE NOTE - I will be packing the rest of the house during the day and in the evenings until the end of May when I move out. I also see clients during the day at home, so will need guests to be out between 10am and 4pm daily.
***So if you just need a place to sleep and you will be out and about most of the day, and you are a heavier sleeper and dont mind some traffic noise in the morning, then this might work for you.
My home -
is an elegant, spacious, 3 bedroom apartment filled with natural light. Once the second floor of an original Federation home - over 100 years old. As such it has beautiful period features including 11ft ceilings, decorative cornices, picture rails and fire places. French closet style laundry has a Miele front loading washing machine and dryer. Sunroom at the back of the apartment has full windows and overlooks lovely mature trees and garden. Shared bathroom has bath and separate shower. Parking just outside - street parking.
Neighbourhood -
Just a quick few mins walk to Woolworths supermarket, cafes, great restaurants for delicious dining out - including wonderful Thai and Indian - Spa's for facials and massage, hair salons as well as boutiques. Less than 10 mins walk to all buses to the city which leave every few mins direct to city and all the sights - only a 10 min. trip to the CBD. By car - 10 mins to Balmoral Beach. 10 mins easy walk down hill is the most wonderful harbour-side reserve of Cremorne Point, where you can walk, picnic amongst the trees, catch a relaxing scenic ferry to the CBD (less than 10 mins) or take a swim in the FREE pool. Bus to Cremorne Point from just outside the apartment takes a brief 3 min. ride and the same back up to the apartment. Delicious coffee is available down at Cremorne Wharf cafe on the jetty.
Suburb -
Cremorne is a very beautiful part of the Lower North Shore area just north of the Harbour Bridge. It is a very safe, elegant, highly regarded and extremely convenient area of Sydney. Just bordering exclusive Cremorne Point on Sydney's Harbour, looking across to the Opera House, CBD and Harbour Bridge - all just minutes away.
You will be sharing the apartment just with me and I also work from home - so I am usually around to meet guests. I am a professional consultant and writer and work from home. I work internationally by phone and from my home between 10am and 5pm. Usually guests are out sight-seeing during that time. So this stay would suit someone who would be out mostly during the day. I would enjoy having guests who live consciously and whose personal growth and awareness is meaningful to their life.
