The Division of Information Technology provides reliable, scalable, maintainable and effective computing, communications, audio visual and printing services to the University consistent with the goals of CSU and meet or exceed our clients needs and expectations. Areas of responsibility include The CSU website; email; desktop computer supply and maintenance; CSU Administrative computing programs; computer laboratories; corporate software and support; telephones, voicemail and videoconference facilities; audio visual services; staff IT training, inductions, student IT orientation and the infrastructure and security systems to support it all. The Service Delivery team maintains and enhances the current environment. Service Delivery personal are crucial to the problem management process and are called upon as valuable project team members, required to manage the technology and provide advice and guidance for IT staff and projects to further develop, build and implement new technologies.
